We strive to make mental health support accessible and transparent. Below you'll find important information regarding fees, insurance, and scheduling.

Insurance

Your therapy services may be fully or partially covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

To understand your benefits, we recommend contacting your provider and asking:

Do I have coverage for outpatient mental health services?

What is my deductible, and has it been met?

How many sessions are covered per year?

What is my co-pay or reimbursement rate per session?

Is pre-authorization required from my primary care physician?

Affirmed Therapy is happy to provide a superbill upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

Private Pay & Reduced Rates

Out-of-pocket sessions are available for those without insurance or who prefer private pay. We also offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots based on financial need.

Payment Policy

We accept payment via cash, PayPal, or secure online processing. All payments must be made in advance or at the time of service. Clients will receive clear, upfront information about costs prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur the full session fee.
